I just love the photograph of the little man in his tights. His little hand gestures let you know how happy he is to be alive. Just precious.

I made these a few years ago, i got the recipe either from Rachel or Darina’s book. I’d recommend them, next time i’ll make some strawberry coulis to go with it!

I worked in Ballymaloe House back in the 80’s and Balloons were the most requested treat by the children for their evening meal. We the staff were also fond of taking a sneak at them too. They are delicious

These would be perfect for my 3mth old nephew, Lewis. He arrived at 11lbs 5oz & 16 days late so is quite the bruiser & practically big enough to start school.
